Hello, its Arnold again.I am here in Austria and i am about to eat my first Austrian dish since my last visit.I am in the mood for wiener schnitzel (which is a breadcrumb and fried veal escalope).This is a very common dish that is usually served with erdapful salat,this is a delicious side dish made from potatoes.But i also want tafelspitz. This dish is just boiled beef with classic garnishes.For dessert i will either have a classical cheese danish or my personal favorite, kasierschmarrn. The legend says that this dish made from shredded pancakes and stewwed fruit was made for emperor franz joseph.Now, let me eat!
