Landscape and Climate in Italy
Buon giorno, Italian for good morning, formal bloggers. It is me, Giovanni, again. Over in Rome, it is very chilly. The climate in Rome is kind of like the climate in the U.S. If anyone would like to go to Italy, they probably would like to know the climate. North of the lakes, there are short, cool summers and long, cold winters. South of the lakes, Rome is south of the lakes, the climate is more continental with hot summers and cold winters. Italy's landscape is very neat and important. The Adriatic is a sea on Italy's east coast. The Ionian Sea is to the south of the peninsula. The two largest islands in the Mediterranan are Sicily and Sardinia, which are off Italy's west coast. Between these islands and the mainland is the Tyrrhenian Sea. Off of Italy's northwest coast is the Ligurian Sea. So as you can see, there are a lot of sights to see. Well, sorry if I bored you, I had to do a post on Italy's landscape and climate for a history project. Please leave comments if you have questions on anything. I will try to answer them. I have to go now, I need to go to soccer practice. Arrivederci, Italian for goodbye, for now.
