Holidays in Germany.

Germans celebrate lots of holidays. Kinderzeche is a holiday to remember the children of the Thirty Years War. Christmas is celebrated December twenty-fourth and twenty-fifth. Germans exchange gifts and go to church to eat a big meal. Saint Nicholas day is when kids put out their shoes and Santa brings little gifts to put in them. Easter is celebrated on Palm Sunday, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday. They also celebrate birthdays and weddings.
