Haggis
Hello, it's me, Ian. First of all, modern haggis is generally produced in a case, instead of a sheep stomach. It contains the sheep's heart, lungs, and liver, minced with oatmeal, onions, suet, spices, and salt. It may sound disgusting, but it is really quite delicious. No one really knows how haggis started, so many people have made up origins, which can be really... well... creative.
