Hey! It's Troy O'Sullivan again to tell you about Irish foods. Irish food is often characterized as bland due to our frequency to use cabbage and potatoes. In 1845, a fungus struck a potato crop and the Irish Potato Famine was a result. We also enjoy milk very much here in Ireland. Here in Ireland we drink the most milk on average in the world. Oats are also a stable in Irish diets. Oatmeal porridge and Oatmeal bread are common, but I don't like them very much.
