Traditional song and dance are the most vibrant part of our culture. The oldest form of Irish music is generally called sean-nos' singing is a highly ornate, unaccompanied, individual style associated for the most part with songs in Irish. Traditional songs in English include national ballads and native Hiberno-English songs.
